Alps Transfers Direct is a trading name of WE CAB SASU, a French SASU providing private ski transfer services between Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble airports and French Alps ski resorts. WE CAB SASU is the data controller responsible for your personal data processed in connection with our services.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment arrangements are handled directly and separately at the time of booking confirmation.

This website does not use contact forms that submit data to a server. All quote requests are initiated by you directly via WhatsApp or email.

- To provide the transfer service: processing your quote request, confirming your booking, coordinating your pickup, and communicating with you before and during your transfer.
- To monitor flight information: when a flight number is provided, we may use it to track delays and adjust your pickup time accordingly.
- To coordinate with transport partners: when your transfer is carried out by a vetted third-party driver, we share the minimum necessary data to complete the journey.
- To respond to enquiries: to answer any questions you raise before, during or after your booking.
The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract (or steps taken prior to entering a contract) in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third parties for marketing purposes.

- Vetted transport partners: drivers or partner companies used to carry out your transfer. Only the data strictly necessary to complete your journey is shared (name, pickup location, drop-off address, flight number, passenger count, luggage details).
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): when you initiate contact via WhatsApp, your messages are processed in accordance with WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain booking-related personal data for a period of up to 3 years following the date of your transfer, or the date of your last enquiry if no transfer took place. This period allows us to respond to any complaints, disputes or legal claims that may arise.
After this period, your personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
